• Immagine 1 (jpg/png sviluppo orizzontale min 2048 pixel);
  Image 1 (jpg/png horizontal min 2048 pixels);
  图片1（jpg/png格式，横向分辨率至少2048像素）；（可选） (facoltativo)
• Immagine 2 (jpg/png sviluppo orizzontale min 2048 pixel);
  Image 2 (jpg/png horizontal min 2048 pixels);
  图片2（jpg/png格式，横向分辨率至少2048像素）；（可选） (facoltativo)
• Immagine 3 (jpg/png sviluppo orizzontale min 2048 pixel);

Una volta compilato il modulo e allegata tutta la documentazione richiesta riceverà - all'indirizzo indicato - un'email di conferma contenente gli estremi della domanda presentata.

Once the form has been completed and all the required documentation attached, you will receive - at the address indicated - a confirmation email containing the details of the application submitted.
